Balloon Glow 2024 Festival. Lakeshore balloon glow returns to the manitowoc riverfront on friday, august 16, 2024. About 9pm we will have the fantastic hot air balloon glow & laser show where we will light up all the balloons in unison with crowd participatory count downs!
